Emergency First Aid
An 8 hour program suitable for the person who wants a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries of injuries.
Skills include: victim assessment, rescue breathing, CPR, choking, respiratory and circulatory emergencies such as heart attack and stroke, and how to deal with external bleeding.
Successful candidates will receive both their Emergency First Aid and CPR-A Certification.

Standard First Aid
This 16 hour program is an intensive course providing comprehensive training covering all aspects of First Aid and CPR. This course is for those who want an in depth understanding of what is involved with first aid. Issues such as medical/legal, spinal injuries, heat/cold injuries, bone/joint injuries, abdominal and chest injuries, burns and other medical emergencies.
Successful candidates will receive both their Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification.

CPR- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Courses
There are four levels of CPR training courses designed to meet the needs of both the public and professional rescuer. Participants learn CPR skills and gain an understanding of the signs, symptoms and care of choking, non-breathing and pulse less casualties. CPR courses highlight the risk factors associated with heart disease and how to prevent or reduce the effects of these factors.
CPR-A (Adult) or CPR-A Recertification
A 3 - 4 hour course instructing a person how to perform single rescuer CPR and choking procedures for adults in distress.
CPR-B (Adult and Child) or CPR-B Recertification
A 4 - 5 hour course covering the content of the CPR-A course plus the adaptation needed for CPR and choking procedures on children.
CPR-C (Adult, Child and Infant) or CPR-C Recertification
A 6 hour course covering all aspects of CPR skills and theory needed to deal with adult, child or infant victims, along with two rescuer CPR skills.
CPR-D (Child and Infant) or CPR-D Recertification
A 4 - 5 hour course specifically targeting the skills needed for CPR and choking procedures on children and infants.
